  • Head of the main workshop in a two year Leonardo da Vinci project, GD XII, European commission, named Pollen (Personalised Open Lifelong LEarning Network) implementing an IT based exchange network for staff of Open Learning Centres. Project promoter: Iota+ ORAVEP, France 1996–97.
  • Running of a regional workgroup composed of adult education & training centres and employment & education rural centres (EREF). The goal was to analyse the situation and build a collective project for the establishment of an individualized distance-learning network in the rural areas of the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region.   • Software development and edition of GesTemps. The software enables Open Learning Centres to enhance self-directed learning in learning centres organised around the use of a resource centre. The software also records learning activities, collects and manages data for statistic requirements, 1995–96.
